Three Little Birds
These terms apply to the Three Little Birds Sound Bath Membership. Please read them before joining.
By purchasing the Sound Bath Membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The Sound Bath Membership is a 12-month membership costing £360 in total, payable in 12 monthly instalments of £30.
The discounted membership price is offered in return for a 12-month commitment.
This is not a monthly cancel-anytime subscription. By joining, you agree to make all 12 monthly payments, subject to your statutory rights.

The standard individual sound bath price is currently £35. The membership price of £360 therefore represents a £60 saving compared with purchasing 12 sound baths individually at the current standard price.
One sound bath credit becomes available following each successful £30 monthly payment.
Unused credits can be carried forward during your membership period. This means you do not have to attend one sound bath every month. For example, you may choose to skip one month and use two available credits at a later date.
You may also use an available credit to book a space for a guest.
Credits cannot be used before they have been added to your membership and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any unused credits expire at the end of your 12-month membership period.
Three Little Birds usually schedules multiple sound baths throughout the year. No regular sound baths are currently scheduled during August.
All sound baths are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Membership does not guarantee a place at a particular sound bath, so early booking is recommended.
Dates, times and frequency of sound baths may occasionally change.
Your £30 payment will be collected automatically each month using the payment method provided when you join.
There are 12 monthly payments, making the total membership price £360.
If a payment is unsuccessful, your next sound bath credit will not become available until the outstanding payment has been successfully collected.
If payments remain outstanding, access to membership bookings may be suspended.
The Sound Bath Membership is sold as a 12-month commitment for £360, with the option to spread the cost across 12 monthly payments of £30.
The £30 monthly payment is therefore an instalment towards the total membership price rather than a cancel-anytime monthly membership fee.
If exceptional circumstances mean you are unable to continue your membership, please contact Three Little Birds as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Where applicable, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days.
If you ask to attend or use a sound bath during an applicable cancellation period, this may affect any refund due if you subsequently exercise your right to cancel.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory cancellation or consumer rights.
If you are unable to attend a sound bath you have booked, the standard Three Little Birds cancellation policy will apply.
Where sufficient notice is provided in accordance with that policy, your credit may be returned to your membership balance for use on another eligible date.
Late cancellations and non-attendance may result in the credit being treated as used.
Occasionally, a sound bath may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
If Three Little Birds cancels a sound bath you have booked, the credit used for that booking will be returned to your membership balance and can be used for another eligible sound bath.
You may use an available membership credit to bring a guest to an eligible sound bath.
You remain responsible for making the booking and ensuring your guest receives any relevant information about attending the session.
Your membership ends after the 12-month membership period.
Any unused credits must be used before the end of your membership period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused credits have no cash value and will not normally be refunded.
Your membership will not automatically renew for another 12-month term unless this is clearly communicated and agreed with you.
Three Little Birds may occasionally need to change sound bath dates, times, venues or other operational details.
Reasonable efforts will be made to provide sufficient opportunities for members to use their available credits during their membership period.
If a significant change made by Three Little Birds materially affects your ability to use the membership, please get in touch so that an appropriate solution can be considered.
